How to setup your first mailbox
You will need a domain bought with us.
Some higher level subscription packages may include mailboxes, as well as a domain. For email to be activated, you will first need to have a domain active on your account. This may involve registering the domain that came with the package
After purchasing your domain name, you have to wait a few minutes before it's activated.
Go to your email settings
Click on the Email icon at the top of your editor to create your first email account.
You can either click on the button 'New' or you can click on the link that says 'Create your first mailbox'
1. Enter a name for your first mailbox
2. Choose your domain name from the drop down menu
3. Enter a password
4. Click on the Create mailbox button
Wait a few minutes for the mailbox to activate.
When active, the settings button (1) should appear. This will let you login to the webmail for that specific mailbox (2). You can also remove the mailbox from this menu (3)
How to get to webmail from outside your account
Follow this link to open the webmail login page:
From here, you can type the details of any of your email accounts.
NOTE - If you have signed into an account before, and did not exit using the ‘logout’ option, you may automatically sign into your last accessed email account. To change accounts, click the ‘logout’ link provided from within the webmail client.
How to send your first email
Open your webmail account
1. Click on Compose Mail
2. Enter the email address of the recipient
3. Enter a subject
4. Type the message for the body of the email.
5. Click the ‘Send’ button.
