You can receive a full refund for 14 days after your purchase.

How do I get a refund ?
To get a refund, please submit a support request with 'Refund' in the subject line.
To help us process your refund quickly, please provide the following information:
- The email address you used to create the account
- The payment method (Credit/Debit card or PayPal)
- The reason for your refund request
How long do refunds take?
In most cases we will be able to make a refund payment within 2 working days of receiving your request. The main causes of delay are where we suspect fraud or where we do not have adequate information.
We process refunds during UK business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Outside of these times we have no access to the secure systems that manage payments.
Refunds can only be made via the same payment method you used when you paid for the account.
Can I call you?
We're sorry but we can't offer telephone support. We can only accept refund requests via our support system.

Fraudulent refund claims
We sometimes receive refund claims that turn out to be fraudulent. Whenever we detect a suspicious refund request we will pass on all details to relevant law enforcement authorities.
