If you acquired your email service from us and you want to set it up with Outlook, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Add a new account
Go to Outlook preferences to add a new email account.
STEP 2. Add your email information
1 y 2 - Fill these blanks with the email you have created with us
3 - Type your password
4 - Select IMAP in the drop down menu
5 - The incoming server should be mail.YourDomain.com (if your domain is www.myshop.com, then you should use mail.myshop.com)
6 - The outgoing server should be the same as your incoming server
7 - Press the 'Add account' button
STEP 3. Click on 'More Options'
Click the 'More Options' button.
STEP 4. Set the authentication for your outgoing server
1. Select 'Use incoming server info' in the authentication drop down menu
2. Write your domain name without the www.
3. Pressthe OK button
