If you would like to get up to 10 email accounts (firstname.lastname@example.org), you will need to set up Google Apps to work with your domain.
We will need you to register in Google Apps and send us your details. The email activation requires us to modify your domain DNS settings. This process will take place on the same day of your request and will only take a few minutes from us, but in some cases Google Apps takes to verify these records up to 3 days.

This instructions are only for clients with domains purchased through us.

STEP 1: Sign up for Google Apps Standard Edition
Google Apps Standard Edition is free and is adequate for most small businesses with up to 10 people
Sign up at: http://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/enterprise/apps/business/pricing.htmland click on the Start button (1).
Make sure you register for the Standard version as the Business version is not free of charge.
STEP 2: Set your domain
- Enter your domain name
- And click on the Submit button.
STEP 3: Set up your Account Admin
- Complete the account administration fields
- Check the DNS tick box
STEP 4: Set up your first email
This field (1) will be your first email account. An usual username would be "info", "admin" or your own name.
Complete all the fields and access to your dashboard by clicking on the I accept. Continue with set up button.
STEP 5: Talk with our support team
The email activation requires us to modify your DNS configuration by adding some MX records to your domain settings. Google will give you 5 MX records which you will have to send to us (you can take a screenshot and send it). This process will take place on the same day of your request and will only take a few minutes from us, but in some cases Google Apps takes to verify these records up to 3 days.
This means that when you make the request for the email activation you'll have to wait up to 3 days before receiving a response with the confirmation from us.
