How to get help and support
Q: What kind of support do you provide?

Q: Can I call you on the phone?
A: No. Sadly we do not provide phone support but you can try submitting a request here
Q: What happens if I find the number for your office and call that?
A: Our support team are distrbuted and are not located in our main offices. You will be asked to submit a request here
Q: Can I email you?
A: We deal with a lot of questions every day and we simply can't track all of these questions and answers via email. If you email us with a question we will move your question into our support system here
Q: How long should I expect to wait to get an answer?
A: During UK business hours you can usually expect a response within an hour. Outside of UK business hours we will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

If at any point you need any help, you can click on the HELP button on the top right of the editor.

2. In the Learning Centre you can see our blog entries, very useful videos, tutorials, etc.
Report a problem or ask a question

When you submit a request please make sure you include your basekit domain name otherwise we may not be able to help you.
